Critical and life-threatening emergencies are received immediately 24/7 without requiring an urban health centre referral letter.

Patients report directly to the Casualty Desk upon arrival.

Triage nurses evaluate vital signs to assign acuity level (Red, Yellow, Green).

Rapid Treatment & Stabilization
High-priority cases receive instant transfer to Resuscitation or Trauma bays.
