A Heartfelt Act of Kindness at Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital

Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital (LMUTH) was honored to receive a generous donation from the Seventh-day Adventist Church Chelstone Main, through the dedicated Dorcas Workers led by Sr. Muulwa, Pastor Kabanda, and Elder Lungu.
The donation comprised assorted food items, beverages, fruits, milk, and devotional books. These contributions not only provide essential physical nourishment but also offer spiritual encouragement to patients during their time of care.
Speaking on behalf of the Senior Medical Superintendent, Head of Clinical Care, Dr. Changwe, expressed sincere appreciation for the thoughtful gesture. He acknowledged the Seventh-day Adventist Church as an important partner in supporting patient welfare and helping to ease the burden on both patients and their families.
LMUTH values such partnerships, which play a vital role in enhancing holistic patient care. Acts of kindness like this reinforce the importance of community involvement in the healing process and contribute to creating a more compassionate healthcare environment.
